  The staff has always been very kind to me, and I am impressed by how much care Dr Fyall has given me, considering how obnoxious the process of finding the right med has been! He is a great doctor and a great person. I'm happy I got assigned this clinic!

  Staff at desk very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Phoned regarding my mum having a urine infection that knocked her off her feet.
  Rude woman on phone after I said she's really confused "your mum does have altzimers ". What???? There is a difference between altzimers and a urine infection I am my mum's home carer 24/7 so I know what I'm talking about with my mum's care and is she a doctor suddenly? NO!!! So hard to get help they don't give a dam I eventually got to speak to an unknown GP who prescribed what my mum needs to sort her urine infection but it could have been done so much more professionally. Bad practice and DR Gaskell has retired my mum's doctor so why did no one have the courtesy to inform there patients my mum for one was told it was in there news letter in surgery well how about the ones who don't read news letter in surgery if there not sent out to homes and official letter should have been sent to all of his patients. Bad practice the surgery is no where near the good friendly surgery it was when I was a child going there it's all about costs for Meds I've saw the GP and nurse look for the cheapest inhaler prices for me and a muscle gel they can't prescribe because it's too expensive for my back and my mum's hip???
  So will my mum get that new altzimers tablet when it's available or is that going to be too expensive as well human beings not numbers!!!!!
  Allan park surgery and also had three of my own urine samples lost by there reception staff bad practice over and over get this sorted fast it's not fair on your patients care and standards matter!!!!
